 What are the different options available for Delivery?

The only delivery option available at the moment is Standard-Tracked Free shipping with no extra cost. We are working with delivery couriers to also enable a Premium delivery option for our customers. 

    Where can I track my order?

    • You will be able to track your order by using the tracking number provided once after your order has been shipped. 


    Why have I not received my item(s)?

    • Due to COVID-19, Shipping may sometimes take a little longer than expected, if you have not received your item within the expected delivery days, please contact us through the contact us form or email us with your order number and proof of purchase at dazartofficial@gmail.com.
    • Note: We aim to reply back to inquiries or any questions you have within 1 business day. 


    Who delivers my item(s)?

    • Your items will mostly be delivered by one of these couriers:- DPD, FedEx, UPS,USPS, GLS, Canada Post, Australia Post, MRW España, Fastway Couriers, Spring, InterParcel, Royal Mail and, DHL.
    • The courier that delivers your item will fully depend on the country you are located in. 


    What time are deliveries usually made?

    • Items are delivered depending on the local postal system and are usually during business hours/weekday. (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)


    What happens if no one is at home?

    • Not to worry, The courier company will drop a note saying where your parcel is, and it will most likely be held at the closest post office from your location for certain number of days and if it’s still not collected within those dates the order will then be returned to us. 


    Where do you ship from?

    • We currently ship from our warehouse from the UK hence, why sometimes our items take a little longer to reach you depending on where you are located. 


    I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?

    • Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full correct address along with your full name, the item you ordered and the order number and we would update your details for you.


    What about my billing address?

    • Billing addresses are currently non editable to prevent and minimize fraud from happening. Please note that all details entered and submitted to us are final.
    • Change of address after receiving confirmation of shipping
    • Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
